Mayukuyuku

For a real taste of Africa this small, intimate camp has just 4 en-suite permanent tents. Situated between the lightly wooded tree line and the banks of the Kafue river all of the tents are positioned under thatched roofs and with their own verandas and hammocks, and each one overlooking the Kafue river.   The adjoining bathrooms are open to the stars so you can shower under a star filled African sky.

Visit this lodge for only $350 per person per night:

Includes 2 activities a day, all park fees, 3 meals a day
wake up tea, coffee and biscuits in bed, tea and cake in afternoon.

Transfers to this lodge are done by road, the cost for a private transfer is $500 return for up to 4 people. Should you want to be more adventurous you can take a public bus which would be approx $50 per person return to the national park. From here you will be collected by the lodge and transferred through the park to the camp, the total cost for this is $60 for the vehicle for a return trip.
