Mvuu Lodge

The luxury safari tents, each with en suite facilities, are on raised wooden decks overlooking the river blend in naturally with the surrounding vegetation. In keeping with the tranquil & unspoilt surroundings, Mvuu Lodge minimizes the use of the Generator and use Hurricane Lamps for lighting, which enhances the African bush experience. The campsites are situated in close proximity to the Lodge and are nestled in thick bush under a canopy of indigenous trees, providing a cool haven from the African Sun.

Enjoy a sundowner as time comes to a standstill when the sun gently melts away on the horizon and the nightlife start to buzz. Every day at Mvuu Lodge ends around the warmth of a log fire accompanied by the sounds of the African bush.

This price includes:

• Accommodation in self catering tents
• Brunch and Dinner at the lodge
• 2 activities per day consisting of (3 hour canoe safari, game drive in GMA, River cruise 2 hours, 3 hours fishing, Sunset cruise, night game drive)

Transfers to the lodge are arranged as follows and are at additional cost:

• Return flights from Lusaka to Lower Zambia (air strip approximately 20mins from the lodge) - $420 per person.
• Return boat transfer from Chirundu $600 (up to 4 people).
