We have put together a superb package for you in this park at Mayukuyuku Camp, located on the banks of the Kafue River in a location that is probably one of the most picturesque spots in the whole park. A prime site within the Kafue National Park.
The Kafue National Park is one of the world’s largest game sanctuaries, about the size of Wales. It is well known for it’s extremely diverse variety of terrain, wildlife and birds - probably only second to Serengeti - and is still fairly unexplored to this day. Four of the Big Five are here, plus Cheetah and over 200 individual recorded Wild Dogs; (the largest number in Africa), as well as over 450 species of birds.
